WESTERCON 66 SITE SELECTION BALLOT NOW AVAILABLE

The deadline for bids to be listed on the Westercon site selection ballot has passed. San Diego in 2015 will be the only bid listed on this year’s ballot.

You must be a supporting or attending member of Westercon 66 to vote; you may join when you vote. Obtain a ballot at: http://www.westercon66.org/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/SiteSelectionBallot_W66.final_.pdf.

Mail-in ballots must be received by June 20th. Onsite voting takes place at Westercon 66, July 4th-5th (the convention runs 4th-7th), at the Hilton Arden West in Sacramento, CA. The hours for Site Selection will be:

• Thursday: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm PT
• Friday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm PT

Westercon sites are selected two years in advance by a vote of the members of the current Westercon. Sites in western North America (and Hawaii) are eligible, subject to the provisions of the Westercon Bylaws.
